Application Form for Guided Tour

Those who would like to have our "Guide Service" are requested to complete the following
"Application Form", and click the button "SEND" at the bottom of the form.
If you are failed to submit the form , send your request by e-mail in normal process filling with
respective comments neccessary to our inquiry items from 1 to 11 as shown in our Web Page:

Kyoto SGG Club Bylaws

1
We are volunteer guides, so compensation for services is not accepted.
However, actual expenses such as transportation fees, admission fees, lunch etc, are to be met by you when necessary.

Transportation fees consist of fees whilst touring around Kyoto and 1,500yen (each day) to cover the cost to and from the house of guide.

We can not accept responsibility for any injury, loss or damages due to actions on the visitors' part.

Remarks

Our guiding service time is basically from 10:00am to 4:00pm, although with some of flexibility.

We cannot always assign your guides, because the number of the available guides is limited.

We hope to be applied in English. (Guide language is basically in English)

Our tours can accommodate basically up to 6 people. (max.7)

We basically can handle a request whose length from the application date till the tour date requested is more than 10 days and less than 3 months..

Upon recieving your application we will review and respond to your application within a few days. If you do not recieve our first reply by e-mail within five days, please contact us at <https://kyotosgg.sakura.ne.jp>. If you recieved a first contact mail from our guide coordinator, please send back your return mail so that we can confirm our mail communication is working well.
